The Calm


Sometimes all you need is peace. Finding peace can be difficult.  But more difficult than finding peace is enjoying your peace when you get it. Try sitting quietly with no distractions. Only you peace, quite, and deep breaths. How long can you sit quietly without thinking about, work, bills,  and the stressors of the world.  Just being with yourself. It’s harder than you think but very needed for the calm life you await. Take some time and find your quiet release.
